To keep your jewelry’s shine:
- Avoid water, perfume, and lotions
- Remove before shower or excel is ing
- Store in a dry place after wearing
When will I get my order?
Standard shipping is 7 to 21 business days. My vendor and I will work quickly to ship out your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Will the jewelry tarnish or turn green?
It is water-resistant and will not turn green since it is stainless steel. Like all plated jewelry, tarnishing can occur overtime depending on wear and care.
How durable are your products?
Depending on wear and care, your jewelry can last up to a year. Our pieces are crafted with 14 and 18K gold plated over high-quality based metals. This gives you a luxurious look of fine jewelry while keeping our pieces lightweight, durable and affordable.
What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, email us @shop.prettyparcelco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of your damaged jewelry and your order number and we’ll make it right.
